A full interview runs about three hours of conversation. Almost everyone spreads that across several sittings. You can stop whenever you like, and the interviewer remembers where you left off.

No. A phone, tablet, or computer with a microphone is enough. Headphones help keep the interviewer’s voice out of your recording, but they are optional.

No. The interviewer is an AI agent that can follow your stories and ask thoughtful follow-up questions. It is not a person, and it can occasionally mishear or misunderstand. You can correct the transcript at any time.

Yes. Any part of the interview you have already reached has an “Add more here” option, and the interviewer will pick up from what you said before and draw out fuller stories. Time spent adding to an earlier part does not count against the three hours.

Your original recording is saved as you speak, so a dropped connection does not lose what you have said. When you return, you can recover the interrupted recording and save it to your archive.

Prices have not been set yet. Nothing is sold on this site today, and you will see the price and exactly what is included before you pay for anything.

Only you, unless you decide otherwise. We do not publish interviews, use them in marketing, or sell them. If someone gave you the interview as a gift, that does not give them access to it.

To hold a live conversation, your speech is processed by OpenAI’s live voice service, with its session storage turned off. Your archive itself is kept on our own servers.

Yes. You can delete any recording, download a copy of each recording, or withdraw your consent to further recording at any time.

The first thing we are building is a printed hardcover memoir. Others on our roadmap include an audio memoir in your real voice, a family history file, letters for later, and a life-story file for your own AI assistant. Each one receives only what you approve.

Not unless you separately ask for that. Your interview keeps your real recorded voice.
